Thespecial firstprintingofDeValera’s1937Constitution,withthetran-
sitoryprovisionsetc., assubmitted forapproval to theCabinet,onheavy
cartridgepaper,noprinter,nodate,but1937,fulldarkgreenmoroccogilt.
A very restricted printing, probably nomore than 30 copies, of which
about 15were signedby all theCabinetmembers at themeetingwhich
gave it final approval for submission to the people. The present copy
hasno signatures, but isotherwise identical to the signedcopies. There
mayperhaps have been anunsigned issue intended for diplomatic rep-
resentatives, but we have not seen another similar unsigned copy. It is
certainlyvery rare.
