A printed sheet of 48 stamps (8 columns x 6 rows), with blank edging.
Rare in blocks. Each label depicts a Celtic Cross with ringed centre, in-
scribed ‘’Eire’’ & ‘’Sinn Fein’’ & decoratedwith shamrocks. These labels
were first printed in1908with the intentionof attaching them to all Sinn
FeinCorrespondence on the opposite side to the British postage stamp,
as a visible signof IrishNationalism and to raise funds for the SinnFein
cause
