stamped and dated May 1916, issued by 59th (North Midland) Division, Ballsbridge.

part mimeograph, issued to Mr.ThomasWhite of 4 Londonbridge Road, allowing

him to pass through the streets of the city and the D.M.P area, signed with Commis-

sioner’s hand.

with enamelled badge, the conjoined letters ‘’FF’’ at centre, a warrior’s sword belt

around bearing the legend‘’Oglaig na hEireann’’ (Soldiers of Ireland);

together with a collection of volunteers equipment including a wooden training rifle,

a leather “Oglaigh na hEireann” belt, bandolier, two ammunition pouches, water

flask, signal lamp, brass compass, binoculars, bicycle paraffin lamp. (12)
