including 23 postally used covers, 1844-1850, addressed to Dublin solicitor and bearing mainly imperforated “penny red” stamps, two of such covers having strips of

four imperforated “penny reds”, with various postal markings and with letters; together with a collection of 12 pre-famine Bank of Ireland cheques, used.
