Dublin 1948, mark of Weir & Sons, in the Rococo Revival taste, of

shaped oval helmet form, the body chased and embossed with

leafy swags and fruiting vines to an orange peel ground, with ap-

plied cast figural handle in the form of a caryatid, (c.248g). 19.5cm

wide over handle and spout
