decorated with flat chased foliage with a central cartouche, with

London 1741, mark of Robert Abercromby, the wavy reeded pie
crust rim interposed with scallop shells, enclosing plain reserve,

ENGRAVED POINT HANDLED SERVING SPOONS,
double struck with mark of William Fitzgerald (fl. 1794-1824) of
Limerick, struck “STERLING”, the tapering handles decorated
with engraved fleur de lys to the handle terminals, vacant oval
cartouches and trailing bellflowers (c.6ozs). 32cm long
