Autograph Letter (July, 1917) to Thomas Ashe at Dublin from
his sister Nora, opened byMichael Collins and with a note in
Collins’ hand. Addressed to Ashe at Granard, Longford, redi-
rected to 10 Exchequer Street, a Sinn Féin office, where it was
opened in error by Collins who then affixed a label and wrote
“Very sorry I opened this in error...Great day inArmagh yester-
day.Mick”. Interesting item.
