47 A 19TH CENTURY SILVER FIVE PIECE TEA AND COFFEE SERVICE,London 1899, comprising a tea kettle on stand,
coffee pot, tea pot, sugar bowl and cream jug,
each chased and embossed with fruits, flower-
heads and foliage enclosing a double c-scroll
cartouche on domed circular foot (approx. 130
troy oz in all). The tea kettle 34cm high.

Winter, of circular form with raised gadroon
border enclosing engraved inscription ‘Present-
ed to Charles Sandes, India Ville Portarlington,
Esq J.P., Late Captain in the H.M. Scots Fusilier
Guards, by the Tenantry of the Queens Co.
Kildare & Limerick Estates of the estate of
Charles Coote, as a testimonial of their esteem
& regard for him together with their high ap-
preciation of his excellent qualities as agent in
the management of these extensive properties
