A GEORGE IV SILVER TUREEN AND COVER
OF CIRCULAR FORM,
London 1825, mark of Paul Storr, the plain domed
pull off cover with elaborate fruiting pineapple finial,
crested and with family motto “Forward”, the rims
with raised stylised palmette bands of decoration
above a plain ovoid body, crested with twin loop side
handles, raised on four applied acanthus leaf and pal-
mette crested flat legs with applied demi fluting and
palmette, on paw feet joined by concave band (circa
60oz). 23cm hall, 23cm diameter

A WILLIAM IV SILVER TEA CADDY,
London 1837, mark of Paul Storr, marked on base,
lid, finial and screw, the shaped serpentine body
with hinged domed lid, with applied naturalistic
foliate finial, gilt interior, reeded rims, plain waved
body, with a crest below a coronet (circa 15oz). 15cm
high, 12cm wide over handles, 7.5cm deep, the base
stamped “367”
