by Charaudau A. Angles, the plinth body with steel face and
gilt surround, surmounted by a bronze race horse in full flight
with gilded jockey, raised on gilt base with acanthus leaf scrolls

the circular dial with brass mounts and exposed mechanism,
raised on foliate wrapped columns with standing military fig-
ures, having a lyre back and raised on an oval base with applied

AN IRISH GEORGE III MAHOGANY LONG CASE CLOCK,
by William Haddock of Waterford, the arched hood with broken swan neck cresting and
brass eagle finial, over glazed panel door enclosing brass lunar dial and circular chapter
ring inked with Roman and Arabic numerals, set with spandrels to each corner, the waist-
ed trunk with shaped panel door, fluted quadrent pilasters and plinth base, 228cm high.
