JUG,

Sheffield 1884, of circular baluster form, with domed

hinged lid, ‘S’ scroll handle, the body with all-over

engraved fern and grasses decoration and raised on

pedestal foot with beaded rim (c.23½ozs). 30.5cm high

Sheffield 1895, makers mark of the Atkin Brothers, with

domed lid and bone mounted thumbpiece, plain neck

and tapering body, wooden loop handle (c. 19ozs includ-

Sheffield 1837, mark of Henry Wilkinson & Co., the

pierced sides with Gothic lancet and leaf decoration, with
