SILVER BOWL,

London 1817, mark possibly that of Paul Storr,

the out-turned rim, above a lobed body decorated

with continuous bands of fluting (c.3.5ozs). 9cm

diameter, 5.5cm high;

a modern plain silver circular wine coaster,

London 2004, mark of J.B. Ltd., with bulbous

sides, and inset turned wooden base;

together with a pair of Scottish silver dishes,

Edinburgh 1926, mark of Hamilton & Inches,

with loop side handles, ovolo rims, pierced sides,

each raised on claw feet (c.4.5ozs). 11 x 13cm

Sheffield 1924, mark of Asprey of London, of

plain form, reeded rim, handle and foot, raised

on an oval pedestal foot (c.8.5ozs). 12cm high,

19.75cm wide;

together with an Irish silver cream jug, Dublin,

struck “Irish Silver 1st”, with serpent handle

and plain decoration, on stepped pedestal foot

London, with bright cut decoration, knopped
