A view on Bachelor’s Walk where a little boy points out the place where

one of the victims fell on the tragic incident in July 1914 when innocent

bystanders were killed by the King’s Own Scottish Borders at a political

gathering in Dublin. Yeats later commemorated this event in his famous

painting “Bachelor’s Walk: In Memory”.
