with half-hour striking, the arched case surmounted by cherubs
and floral garlands above a glazed convex door enclosing a signed
white enamel dial with Roman numerals over a ‘Sevres’ porcelain
panel depicting ladies in a woodland, flanked by portrait ovals to
each side and supported on a cast outset base, 40cm high
