A PAIR OF GEORGE III CAST SILVER
TABLE CANDLESTICKS,
London 1768, mark of William Cripps, each
with pull-out drip-pans with gadrooned rims
interposed with palmettes and scallop shells,
urn shaped sconces above knopped and bulbous
fluted stems and raised on demi-fluted spreading
bases with conforming decoration to drip pans
(weighted). 26.5cm high each
