ENGRAVED SILVER TEAPOT,
navette shaped, Edinburgh 1854, mark of James & William
Marshall, import marks, the domed and hinged top with
beaded finial and rims, with applied acanthus leaf ‘c’ scroll
handle, the body decorated with continuous bands of rib-
bon tied foliage above opposing vacant cartouches amongst
trailing sprays of foliage raised on a oval spreading foot with
beaded boarder 18 x 13cms. (c. 23ozs)
