A GEORGE III IRON SHIPS 2LB CANNON,

believed to be from H.M.S. Arcadia

Provenance: Rev Charles Travers, Virginia, Cavan;

Aidan Kelly, Wexford; Pat Collier, Castleknock Dublin.

H.M.S arcadia arrived in Wexford town in 1749 to take

on troops and prisoners. The Cannons were offloaded.

The cannon is accompanied by a printed history and

provenance. 103cm long
