plate enclosed by scrolling foliage. 61cm high,

SILVER BUTTER DISH,

with blue glass liner, Chester 1912, makers mark

probably that of George Nathan & Ridley Hayes,

with gadroon rim, pierced banded sides, twin lion

mask ring handles, raised on ball feet (c.4ozs).
