a warning piece to jurors - London: 1681. Caption-titled 4to. pp.

12. A very good copy in modern quarter calf. Wing P 1333. As

supporting evidence for his thesis Penn writes: “But as theyhad

treason enough to forfeit their estates, so they had liberty of

conscience enough to save them to this very point of perjury. For

the price of an Irish Papist’s oath was, as generally known at the

Court of Claims, as that of all sins is at The Court of Rome: And

the multitude of persons in that Kingdom that enjoy their estates.

tho’ actually concerned in that horrid rebellion, is a sufficient evi-

dence of the truth hereof.” Sweeney 3375.
