FINE ASIAN ART | 131 384 TWO ARCHAISTIC BRONZE VASES 清代仿古铜瓶一组两件 China, Qing dynasty H.26.4-29.7cm € 500 - 800 385 AN ARCHAISTIC BRONZE RITUAL WINE VESSEL JUE 清代仿古铜爵杯 China, Qing dynasty The deep U-shaped body is supported by three outward-splayed triangular blade legs, rising to a sharp rim set opposite a channelled spout. Flanking the spout are a pair of upright posts capped with conical finials. The exterior is cast with taotie masks featuring prominent bulging eyes, divided by three vertical flanges with cren- elated edges. One side is fitted with a loop han- dle emerging from a bovine mask.
