301 268 A PAIR OF BLUE AND WHITE ‘ELIZA’ BOWLS 清康熙青花仕女赏花小盘一对 CHINA, KANGXI PERIOD (1654-1722) With a gently scalloped rim, the central diagonal section features a ‘Long Eliza’ figure seated at a table, holding a lotus, accompanied by rockwork and a leafy plantain. A lotus jardiniere rests on a nearby table beside her. The wide rim is adorned with ten alternating pan- els depicting flowering shrubs and additional ‘Long Eliza’ figures in a fenced garden. The reverse side showcases a continuous floral scroll, one with a ‘yu’ mark and the other one with a leaf mark, enclosed within a double circle at the base.
