133 467 A LOUIS XV KINGWOOD, SATINWOOD AND TULIPWOOD MARQUETRY BUREAU BY PIERRE MIGEON II (MAITRE EN 1763), the fall front with later Sevres porcelain plaque, enclosing a well-fitted interior, the entire decorated with finely cast ormolu foliate scroll mounts, fitted with a single frieze drawer and raised on ormolu mounted cabriole legs and sabot feet. Stamped ‘Migeon’ (the ‘N’ inverted), 55cm wide x 39cm deep x 100cm high. Provenance: Collection of Mrs Ursula Crofton, Co.
