157 418 MARGARET MARY WALLER (1916-1997) Houses through Trees Tempera, 40 x 50cm (15¾ x 19½’’) Signed Born in Yorkshire in 1916, Margaret Waller studied at Liverpool College of Art and the Royal Academy Schools. She exhibited at the RA and at the Paris Salon. She went to live on the Channel Islands and much of her work was inspired by the land- scapes of Guernsey and Sark.
