possibly Henrietta Lucy Dillon (Marquise de la Tour du Pin 1770-
1853), daughter of Lt. Gen. Arthur Dillon

‘The Hon. Arthur Gen. Dillon’
Arthur Dillon the 2nd was the son of the 11th Viscount Dillon of
Costello-Gallen, born in 1750. He married Lucie de Rothe, and
was General Proprietor of the Dillon Regiment in the Royal French
Army. He was Governor of Tobago and guillotined during The
Terror, on April 13th 1794. His daughter Henrietta-Lucy, b.1770,
married Frédéric Séraphin de la Tour du Pin.

William Jerningham, brother of the 8th Lord Stafford - born in 1804,
married in 1836’
Born in 1804, Lucretia Jerningham married (19/07/1836) Edward
Preston, 13th Viscount Gormanston, thereby uniting two ancient
Catholic aristocratic families.

1806)

‘ Arthur brother to Henry Viscount Dillon, he died
in London, Archbishop of Narbonne aged 80’
Archbishop Dillon was the youngest son of Count Dillon, Colonel
proprietor of the Dillon Regiment in the Royal Army. Born in St.
Germains in 1721, also Archbishop of Toulouse, he was designated
Primate of the Gauls and President of the States of Languedoc.

Sir Henry Bedingfield Govr of Ye Tower 1555’
together with another miniature frame of rectangular form
Sir Henry Bedingfield, born 1511, declared for Queen Mary and
was the custodian of Princess Elizabeth. The Bedingfields lived at
the ancient manor Oxborough Hall, Norfolk (National Trust).
