74 89 AN ILLUMINATED MANUSCRIPT BOOK PRESENTED TO JAMES STANNUS, Dean of Rogg and Rector of Lisburn by the Tenantry of the Most Noble Mar- quis of Hertford K.G, in celebration of his fiftieth year as Agent of the Estate, dated 31st October, 1867. Each leaf gilt edged and mounted containing a series of drawings of Lisburn, the outer margins decorated with flower sprays, accompanied by written ac - counts in medieval script of the many improvements and advancements car- ried out during his half-century tenureship, signed on behalf of the tenantry by Jonathan Richardson.
