Somsak Hanumas was born in Bangkok, Thailand, where he grew up as a kid and where he then lived for most of his adult life. Initially trained as an engineer at the King Mongkut’s Royal Institute of Ladkrabang from which he graduated, he then went back to its first passion: the art of painting.
