Century witnessed the arrival of the favoured Emerald to the west. It soon adorned
royalty and the nobility, desired for its calming and natural green colour. The most prized
member of the Beryl family. Emeralds are found in locations throughout the world. However,
emeralds particular to Columbia are deemed to be of superior quality. Their unique body colour
is renowned for its deep colour saturation. Emeralds typically contain a garden of natural inclu-
sions. To observe an emerald beret of inclusions is rare.As the years pass, Columbian emeralds of
gem quality are rare. The earth is just not giving them up.
