For over six decades, Jorgensen has been a central figure in Irish cultural life – first as one of Ireland’s most successful fashion designers, and later as a gallerist of distinction. Through the Jorgensen Gallery, he championed both established and emerging artists, shap- ing the tastes of a generation of collectors. The works offered here reflect the discerning eye, connoisseurship, and passion for art that have marked his career, and together they offer a rare insight into the vision of one of Ireland’s most influential cultural figures.
