76 73 PAUL MCHUGH (B.1945) Natura Yew wood on marble plinth, 213cm high (84”) Paul McHugh is a Dublin born sculptor. He started out largely self-taught, later working with Imogen Stuart and attending evening classes at the National College of Art. He has exhibited at the Oireachtas Exhibi- tions from the 1970s. He is better known for his more abstract simplified curved forms. His work is in the OPW Collection (Merri- on Square) and the former Bank of Ireland Collection. € 3,000 - 5,000
